Key Responsibilities- Deliver fitness appointments, including gym inductions and health assessments
- Lead high-quality fitness classes to our members
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience of delivering customer service excellence in a busy gym environment
- Qualified to instruct at least 3 different Group Exercise Classes
- Knowledge of how to set, monitor and evaluate Health & Fitness goals
