Fitness Class Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Class Instructor to join our team at Fusion Lifestyle. As a Fitness Class Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality group exercise classes to our members, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Main Responsibilities:- Design and deliver engaging and challenging group exercise classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and abilities.
- Lead classes in a safe and controlled environment, ensuring participants follow proper exercise techniques and guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and organized exercise area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new exercise programs and initiatives.
- REPS/CIMSPA (Fitness / Exercise to music) level 2 qualification and registration.
- Relevant and specific qualification for your chosen discipline.
- Experience in delivering group exercise classes in a comparable role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
