About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Coordinator to join our Business Support Team at DiSRUPT Recruitment Agency | B Corp. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing a supportive learning culture that benefits everyone.

The Training Coordinator will work closely with our Management Team, HR, and Learning and Development (L&D) departments to identify and address training needs. This will involve:

  • Liaising with stakeholders to collate and analyze training requirements
  • Monitoring and reporting on compliance with mandatory training
  • Scheduling training programs and coordinating logistics
  • Acting as a liaison between HR, Business Support, and Technical Trainers
  • Supporting new starters with IT setup and equipment
  • Creating training documentation and materials
  • Providing voice-over support for training videos
  • Assisting with the training and rollout of new products
  • Facilitating group discussions, meetings, and workshops

This is a part-time role, with a working week of 3 or 4 days. Salary will be pro-rata from full-time equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Design and deliver training programs to meet business objectives
  • Develop and maintain training materials and resources
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training coordination or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
