Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Interim Sales Ledger Accountant to join a leading global media production company. This role is essential for managing invoicing and credit control processes, contributing to cash flow analysis, and supporting month-end financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the month-end closing procedures for the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of billing, payment allocations, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients, along with remittance advice.
  • Process sales invoices and maintain precise ledger entries.
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Finance team to aid in cash flow forecasting efforts.
  • Engage in business partnerships with teams across Sales and Marketing.
  • Manage credit control activities effectively.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a dynamic Accounts Receivable environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP is highly desirable.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including Vlookups and Pivot tables.
  • A flexible and proactive approach, with a strong desire to learn.
  • A positive, self-motivated individual with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
