We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Ledger Manager to join our team at TPP Recruitment. As a Sales Ledger Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and leading a finance team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the Sales Ledger, ensuring all revenue is processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Lead and coach a finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Oversee Direct Debits and credit control activities, ensuring timely and effective management of customer payments.
  • Process invoices, payments, and refunds, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Generate reports and manage communication with the Sales team, providing insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure month-end processes are completed on time, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Support the broader Finance team with various tasks, providing assistance and guidance as needed.

**Requirements**

  • Strong accounting software and MS Office proficiency, with experience in financial management and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive work ethic, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
