Job Title: Mandarin Speaking Office Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator with native Mandarin language skills to join our team at People First. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including managing office systems, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including managing office systems, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff in other departments and with external contacts, using your native Mandarin language skills to facilitate communication.
  • Travel Management: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and cars, as needed.
  • Office Systems: Maintain office systems, including booking rooms and conference facilities.
  • Reception Duties: Assist with reception duties and provide cover when required.
  • Liaison: Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts.
  • Stationery and Equipment: Order and maintain stationery and equipment supplies.
  • Post and Documents: Sort and distribute incoming post and organize and send outgoing post.
  • Paperwork and Storage: Organize and store paperwork, documents, and computer-based information.
  • Delegation and HQ Integrative Work: Assist with delegation and HQ integrative related work.

Requirements:

  • Mandarin Language Skills: Native Mandarin language skills, with fluent English.
  • Administrative Experience: Relevant office admin/PA/EA experience.
  • Methodical and Organized: Methodical and organized, with strong time management skills.
  • Team Player: A good team player, with excellent communication skills.
