- Provide translation services from Mandarin to English as required.
- Excellent level of Mandarin and fluent English in speaking and writing.
- Good level of English spelling and grammar.
- Relevant Receptionist or Office Admin experience in the UK.
- Degree in Management/ Business Studies or equivalent.
- Willing to work 5 days in the office.
- Methodical and organized, with excellent time management skills.
- Polite and courteous, with a strong customer service focus.
- Good at juggling tasks, prioritizing, and reacting to and resolving problems.
- A good team player, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Computer literacy and good typing skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Shows initiative and a desire to deliver a high-quality service.
