We are excited to present an opportunity for a Director of Housing Operations to join our dynamic team. This position offers a blend of office and remote work, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the housing operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage housing agreements, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with property stakeholders.
  • Monitor and assess housing service performance against organizational objectives.
  • Ensure all properties meet health and safety regulations.
  • Provide leadership and support to a customer-focused team.
  • Identify opportunities for property acquisition to align with organizational growth.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a degree in a relevant field.
  • Level 5 qualification from the Chartered Institute of Housing or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a senior management role within a housing or care organization.
  • Strong understanding of housing management systems and property development.
  • Experience in negotiating property agreements and working with local authorities.
