This position calls for an exceptional administrative professional who will provide high-level support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) within a fast-paced environment. This role will also involve some human resources duties, making experience in HR a desirable asset.

Page Personnel Finance is a leading provider of financial services, operating in the manufacturing industry. This is a new role, and a high level of previous administrative experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level support to the CFO/COO, including coordinating project activities across various departments.
  • Prepare presentations for board meetings and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Take minutes in meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with various projects across the organization, including coordinating internal communication and managing information flow.
  • Plan and coordinate company events and handle confidential documents.
  • Support HR tasks, such as employment contracts, recruitment, and onboarding new starters.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience working as an administrative assistant to C-Suite level.
  • A solid understanding of human resources practices and principles.
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Certified in Personnel Development (CIPD) qualification is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
