Role Overview:

Our Intern & Placement programme is designed to provide hands-on experience and skills development in your chosen field. Supported by signposted training, the programme is based on Arcadis' core values, offering technical training and support for personal and professional growth. You will be exposed to real projects and clients, with a range of experiences to immerse yourself in over the course of your internship or placement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within a diverse team to cultivate a deep understanding of our sectors and build long-term relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Monitor progress of project work, liaise with clients, and implement timely resolutions to issues.
  • Identify risks in delivery, coordinate with contractors, and develop your skillsets.

Requirements:

  • Working towards a degree in a relevant subject, such as Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering, or Project Management.
  • Demonstrate typical Arcadian skills, including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking, and being a Team Player.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
  • Will to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible, we embrace virtual working).
