Role Description:

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on real projects and clients, gaining hands-on experience in site-based ground investigations, geological and geotechnical assessments, soil contamination, and groundwater quality. You will be exposed to a range of experiences, including site supervision, desk-based research, and report writing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site-based ground investigations to determine the nature and quality of ground conditions.
  • Undertake geological and geotechnical assessments, soil contamination, and groundwater quality analysis.
  • Work as part of project teams to deliver site-based projects.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills in environmental geoscience and consultancy.
Requirements:
  • Currently studying towards a degree in Geology, Environmental Geoscience, Environmental Science, Geophysics, Chemistry, or Environmental Consultancy.
  • Demonstrate typical Arcadian skills, including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel and stay away from home when required.
