Plumber - Social Housing Maintenance Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited. As a Plumber - Social Housing Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing services to our social housing tenants, ensuring their homes are safe, functional, and comfortable.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform plumbing work related to the construction and repair of social housing units, adhering to building codes and safety standards.
- Conduct routine and emergency plumbing repairs and maintenance for social housing properties, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.
- Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot plumbing issues, utilizing your expertise to resolve complex problems.
- Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, including faucets, toilets, sinks, and pipes, maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals and tradespeople to complete projects efficiently, promoting a culture of teamwork and communication.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in a social housing context, with a strong understanding of plumbing techniques, tools, materials, and safety standards.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Certification or diploma in plumbing, with experience working in social housing or a similar environment.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations, with a strong commitment to ensuring all work meets the highest standards.
