Legal Counsel Role Overview

In the capacity of Legal Counsel, your primary responsibilities will encompass the drafting and negotiation of a diverse array of contracts, such as Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Sales Contracts, and Research Agreements. This position will require you to craft customized agreements tailored to strategic initiatives, offer legal insights to internal departments, and establish contracting templates.
