About the HR Advisor Role

As an HR Advisor, you will be an integral part of our HR team, assisting with administrative tasks such as managing employee lifecycle processes, maintaining accurate personnel records, and coordinating learning and development initiatives.

In alignment with our HR strategy, you will support and guide managers on people management practices and policies, ensuring a fair and legally compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing employee lifecycle processes and maintaining accurate personnel records.
  2. Compile and present data for business and management meetings.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems (IFS and Cezanne) and electronic filing systems.
  4. Support and guide managers on people management practices and policies.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  1. A CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
  2. Proven experience with various HR and business systems.
  3. Proficiency in IT applications.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  5. A keen eye for detail.
  6. Experience in maintaining HR data.
