Human Resources Consultant

Key Responsibilities of the HR Advisor:
In this role, your primary responsibilities will encompass:
Updating and maintaining HR documentation, policies, and procedures Keeping abreast of employment legislation and best practices Collaborating with the finance department regarding workforce data and payroll Creating and managing employment contracts Overseeing the complete employee lifecycle Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations Assisting in the development of HR policies and organizing learning & development initiatives Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and data protection lawsBenefits of the HR Advisor Role

Required Experience for the HR Advisor
This role is ideal for candidates with proven experience in a similar HR Generalist capacity, demonstrating a wide range of skills across various HR functions. Experience in managing talent development programs or early career initiatives would be beneficial, particularly for those interested in employee wellbeing. A CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher is preferred, although relevant experience is essential. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal abilities, organized, independent, and trustworthy. Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR and HiBob is advantageous, though training will be provided. A background in technology, telecommunications, or SaaS industries would be beneficial.
