Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Home Instead Senior Care. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of recruitment activity, ensuring compliance with legislation, regulators, and franchise standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy
    • Develop and implement creative recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality candidates.
    • Proactively source candidates using various sources, including online platforms and local networks.
  • Candidate Sourcing
    • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the local community to source candidates.
    • Utilize social media and digital communication tools to promote job opportunities and engage with potential candidates.
  • Recruitment Administration
    • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of recruitment-related information using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Ensure compliance with Home Instead's Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities Policy.
  • Performance Metrics
    • Monitor and analyze recruitment data to inform decision-making and optimize recruitment strategies.
    • Achieve targeted recruitment figures and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in a care or healthcare setting.
    • Proven track record of delivering successful recruitment campaigns and achieving targets.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, with experience of using ATS systems and virtual communication platforms.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Confidence and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Flexibility to work outside regular hours to meet the demands of the business.
