Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Traffic Marshall to join our team at Search Construction & Property. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of people and plant on our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate plant operators and site traffic to maintain a safe and efficient working environment
- Enforce HSE standards and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure compliance
- Provide guidance and support to site personnel on traffic management and safety procedures
- Collaborate with site managers and supervisors to develop and implement traffic management plans
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Recognised Traffic Marshall / Banksman qualification
- Full PPE
- Ability to provide references from previous employment
- Driver's License
