Operations Coordinator

**About Us**
Content Creator Studios is a dynamic and innovative video content production company that creates inspiring content for major film entertainment brands and other prominent organizations.
We specialize in producing high-quality content that falls into various categories, including:
- Live production, handling broadcast operations for film premieres and other major events, as well as live streaming.
- Social media storytelling content, including stunts.
- Filming and creating on-camera experiences for content creators and fans to promote major movies.
**Daily Responsibilities**
As a key member of our team, you will assist our experienced founders in handling and project managing day-to-day filming projects. Your duties will include:
- Booking and researching filming venues and locations, as well as resources required for our productions.
- Compiling and updating project budgets with our founders.
- Assisting our founders with client presentations and ideation sessions to develop new project ideas in response to client briefs.
- Updating suppliers with logistics developments and compiling call sheets (production bibles) for each project.
- Researching new clients and compiling reports for our founders.
- Working with our founders on new business development activities, including managing our company's social media channels, updating our showreel, website, and client mailers.
- Managing expenses, documenting receipts, and compiling costs to assist our accountants with VAT returns.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
We are seeking a highly organized, methodical, reliable, and detail-oriented individual with a strong attention to customer service. You should be motivated by multiple project demands, able to think creatively, and self-motivated in times of lower client demand. Knowledge of the latest content trends and key creators, especially on Instagram and TikTok, is a plus. Experience in event management and video/TV/film production is also advantageous.
**Remuneration**
We offer competitive rates as a self-employed contractor with the possibility of longer-term employment prospects subject to performance.
