Warehouse Operations Coordinator

Fortnum & Mason is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operations Coordinator to oversee essential administrative functions within our logistics team. This role is crucial for ensuring that all incoming shipments are accurately recorded in our systems, and that any discrepancies are promptly addressed in collaboration with relevant departments. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations, ensuring that daily tasks are completed with precision and within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate data entry of all purchase and transfer orders into the D365 system.
  • Address and resolve purchase order inquiries with internal stakeholders.
  • Track and report supplier compliance issues to the relevant teams.
  • Assist the finance department in resolving any related queries.
  • Communicate with our third-party logistics provider regarding transfer orders.
  • Maintain a comprehensive audit trail for purchase orders, both paper and electronic.
  • Keep the Goods In Diary up to date.
  • Log supplier bookings via phone and email into the diary.
  • Manage and respond to shared and personal email communications.
  • Coordinate transportation logistics as needed.
  • Generate daily and weekly operational reports.
  • Perform additional duties necessary for the effective functioning of the warehouse.
