We are looking for a skilled and innovative Public Relations and Communications Specialist to join our team at Optimal Recruitment Solutions Ltd. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand visibility and reputation through engaging visual content and strategic communication initiatives.

Job Overview:

The Public Relations and Communications Specialist will take charge of crafting and executing all communication and public relations efforts that bolster and safeguard the organization's image.

This position entails producing captivating visual and written materials, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, orchestrating public relations initiatives, and managing crisis communications to align with the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication and public relations strategies to elevate the organization's image and reputation.
  • Create compelling content for press releases, blogs, podcasts, social media, the company website, and other public relations campaigns.
  • Oversee customer relations, including story pitching, hosting community engagement meetings, managing site visits and interviews, and responding to inquiries.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and consumer events.
  • Design promotional materials for branding and marketing purposes.
  • Travel to various operational sites to manage all public relations activities.
  • Capture and edit high-quality visual content using drones and other photography tools.
  • Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to address negative publicity effectively.
  • Monitor media coverage and evaluate the success of public relations campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, changes in the media landscape, and best practices in public relations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations, communications, media relations, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proven expertise in drone operation, photography, and video editing.
  • Proficiency in photography and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
  • Capability to develop and implement effective crisis communication plans.
  • Creative and analytical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

Candidates must possess access to a vehicle and hold a valid driving license.
