Job Title: Change and Implementation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Change and Implementation Lead to join our team at Frazer Jones. As a key member of our HRIS implementation team, you will be responsible for leading the change management process and ensuring a smooth transition to our new HRIS system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage the HRIS Change Network
  • Develop and execute change management, deployment, communication, and training plans
  • Foster strong connections between the business and implementation partner
  • Provide expertise in business readiness from project stage to operational BAU
  • Upskill project team and HR team on best practice change management methods
  • Support design and development of training and adoption materials
  • Lead business readiness activities for go-live, aligning with Technology workstream readiness

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience leading change management in global digital projects (preferably HRIS/SuccessFactors)
  • Change Management Certification (e.g., Proven experience managing a Change Management team and overseeing a project Change Network)
  • Proficiency in best practice change management methodologies
  • Strong planning, organization, and multitasking skills across multiple workstreams
  • Advanced MS Office skills
