We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Sales Executive to join our team at Citation Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in proactive B2B cold calling to introduce our cutting-edge HR & HS consultancy services to SMEs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective fact-finding and rapport-building techniques.
- Manage our CRM (Salesforce) with precision, ensuring accurate logging and timely updates of all interactions.
- Convert call backs into valuable opportunities through strategic planning and execution.
- Contribute to the growth engine by generating leads and nurturing them through the sales pipeline.
- Exceed personal targets, driving individual success and company growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, leaving a lasting impression on potential clients.
- A passion for sales and a drive for success.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven expertise in outbound cold calling.
- A track record of exceeding sales targets.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
