Thrive Group is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process items, and final products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
  • Oversee production operations to verify adherence to established quality benchmarks.
  • Document and communicate any quality discrepancies or non-compliance issues, collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Perform systematic audits of manufacturing areas and equipment to maintain hygiene and safety compliance.
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of quality assurance protocols and standards.
  • Keep precise records of inspections, testing, and other quality-related activities.
  • Work closely with production personnel to enhance quality and operational efficiency.
  • Engage in training sessions to remain informed about industry best practices and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a quality assurance or quality control capacity, ideally within the food production sector.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards.
  • Proficient in utilizing quality inspection tools and equipment.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and record maintenance.

This position operates on a standard Monday to Friday schedule.
