Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role encompass the following:
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure a responsive medication request service.
- Coordinating and preparing repeat medication requests for patients.
- Performing data entry into patient records and managing electronic prescription services.
- Engaging with pharmacies to facilitate the supply of prescribed medications and addressing any supply issues.
- Responding to inquiries from patients, caregivers, and other healthcare organizations in a courteous and efficient manner.
