About the Role:

Candlelight Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team, supporting vulnerable adults in the comfort of their own homes within Warminster, Corsley, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional and practical support to clients, assisting with personal care, domestic tasks, and food preparation tailored to individual needs.
  • Assist with medication, use of mobility aids, and personal equipment as required.
  • Report significant changes in clients' health or circumstances to the Registered Manager.
