Quality Assurance Assistant

Quality Assurance Assistant p/h + 30 mins paid break, 28 days paid holiday, Pension. On-site free parking. No weekends. Monday-Friday 7.15am to 4.45pm.
Training will be given for this role at one of largest food production companies in Warminster based on a central industrial estate. The role includes, athough not limited to the following:
- Observing the production of meals as they move through the factory, from ingredients to finished product
- Carrying out weight checks on products
- Monitor and verify critical control points to ensure that food is managed safely as it moves into the factory
- Complete daily checks on utensils and equipment
- Carry out daily spot checks throughout every department within the factory to ensure that standards and processes are maintained
- Verify that all factory paperwork has been completed correctly
- Working with the production team to ensure that goods are placed into the blast freezers within the appropriate
- Recording and reporting any issues found while completing checks
The Quality Assurance Assistant role requires a can-do attitude, the ability to undertake a variety of tasks, and a willing approach to learn. You must be able to communicate clearly both written and verbally.
