Our client, a family-operated manufacturer in the corrugated packaging sector, focuses on providing tailored solutions for the ecommerce market. They are currently in search of a Flexographic Printing Specialist to enhance their production team.

The successful candidate will be tasked with the operation and upkeep of the printing machinery to optimize productivity.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and managing flexographic printing equipment to produce high-quality printed outputs
  • Monitoring and fine-tuning the printing process to ensure uniform quality
  • Identifying and resolving any challenges that arise during the printing operation
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve production goals
  • Maintaining accurate production documentation and reports
  • Providing guidance and oversight to machine teams
  • Delivering product knowledge and facilitating production workflows
  • Engaging in effective communication with team members and other departments

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing within the corrugated packaging industry
  • Knowledge of flexographic printing techniques and quality assurance processes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Proficiency in computer applications and familiarity with MRP systems
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to excellence
