Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Assist the teams with administrative support, using a proactive approach and positive mindset.
- Answer incoming calls, welcome clients, and attend to their needs.
- Organise and prepare meeting rooms, manage post, and archive files.
- Update databases, process payments, and perform banking duties.
- Typing daily returns, checking and ordering stationery, and photocopying.
- Maintain the phone system, provide refreshments, and run errands as required.
