Customer Collections Service Representative

We are in search of a Collections Customer Service Advisor to join our contemporary contact centre team. This role offers a supportive atmosphere, conveniently located near public transport and various amenities. Our operational hours are structured to accommodate customer needs, and we also provide a hybrid working arrangement following the completion of initial training.

Availability for a mandatory training programme is required.

The primary focus of this position is to deliver outstanding customer service while acting as a brand ambassador. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with customers through phone, email, and web chat to ensure their needs are met promptly.
  • Guiding customers through the debt resolution process, facilitating payments, establishing repayment plans, and educating them on available support options.
  • Aiming for first contact resolution whenever possible, minimizing customer effort.
  • Recognizing vulnerable customers and providing suitable assistance to address their needs.

About You:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles is essential; experience in collections is advantageous.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine desire to assist others.
  • A collaborative spirit, working effectively within a dynamic team to achieve collective goals.
  • Strong listening and communication abilities, fostering relationship-building.
  • Adaptable and flexible, demonstrating empathy towards customers.
