The firm's Global Operations Team, acknowledged as the 'Best Business Team' by The American Lawyer, is looking for a Total Rewards Specialist to support their Europe and Asia offices.
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and manage benefits and wellness initiatives across Europe and Asia.
- Assist in conducting market research and developing proposals for competitive benefit offerings.
- Work closely with HR teams to uphold and improve benefit plans.
- Coordinate benefit fairs and foster relationships with vendors.
- Draft benefits documentation and effectively communicate program details.
- Ensure adherence to legal standards and maintain data integrity.
- Provide training to HR Assistants on benefits administration.
- Facilitate benefits orientations and liaise with external vendors.
- Stay informed on industry developments and regulatory updates.
- Support surveys and benchmarking activities for program assessment.
- Promote consistency in wellness programming across various offices.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of experience in HR Benefits.
- Strong understanding of UK and European/Asian statutory regulations.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems; proficiency in Workday is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work autonomously.
- Customer service-oriented with meticulous attention to detail.
- Adaptable and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with effective problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a global office setting.
