Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and manage benefits and wellness initiatives across Europe and Asia.
  • Assist in conducting market research and developing proposals for competitive benefit offerings.
  • Work closely with HR teams to uphold and improve benefit plans.
  • Coordinate benefit fairs and foster relationships with vendors.
  • Draft benefits documentation and effectively communicate program details.
  • Ensure adherence to legal standards and maintain data integrity.
  • Provide training to HR Assistants on benefits administration.
  • Facilitate benefits orientations and liaise with external vendors.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and regulatory updates.
  • Support surveys and benchmarking activities for program assessment.
  • Promote consistency in wellness programming across various offices.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of experience in HR Benefits.
  • Strong understanding of UK and European/Asian statutory regulations.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems; proficiency in Workday is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work autonomously.
  • Customer service-oriented with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a global office setting.
