About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reward Manager to join our HR team at Workingmums. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive reward strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a fit-for-purpose reward strategy that drives business performance and employee engagement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and business partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of reward initiatives
  • Analyze and interpret reward data to inform strategic decisions and optimize reward programs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong understanding of reward strategies and their impact on business performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, business administration, or a related field
