About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Account Executive to join our growing sales team at Verdantix. As a Graduate Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our Account Managers in managing day-to-day relationships with Director, VP and C-level clients who buy annual subscriptions to research content, consulting projects and event sponsorships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Account Managers in managing client relationships and identifying new sales opportunities
  • Researching and identifying key players in the market and generating interest with target technology and software firms
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
  • Employing a team selling, consultative approach to accelerate the sales process
  • Meeting quarterly and annual sales targets for market research subscriptions, consulting projects and event sponsorship

What We're Looking For:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs
  • Some commercial business experience with preference for research, media, events and software
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Outgoing personality enabling you to build rapport with executives and influence decisions
