What is the objective of this role?

This position is pivotal in driving the growth of Service Contract sales within the Olympus Medical Service Business Unit, aligning with the financial and strategic goals for the region. The role involves promoting the advantages and value of Olympus's Service Contract offerings to healthcare providers by fostering strong customer relationships and understanding their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Opportunity Management

  • Employ advanced sales techniques and strong business insight to negotiate Service Contract agreements in a competitive landscape.
  • Develop strategic pricing proposals and evidence-based value propositions to secure long-term engagements in the territory.
  • Utilize current healthcare market intelligence and customer insights to customize solutions and proposals based on customer priorities.

Building Strong Customer Partnerships

  • Manage the service business within your territory, ensuring alignment with company targets and accurate sales forecasting.
  • Create and deliver customer-focused sales presentations that address specific requirements while communicating Olympus's solutions and value propositions.
  • Strategically oversee customer relationships and sales activities, leveraging CRM tools to effectively manage business operations.
  • Coordinate sales efforts across various customer stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the full value proposition through data and insights.
  • Lead quarterly Service Contract Review meetings to showcase evidence of superior service delivery and value to key stakeholders.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Service Business Unit both internally and externally.

Desired Experience:

  • Proven experience in a field sales role, preferably within the healthcare sector or service solution sales, managing multi-stakeholder agreements and value-based selling.
  • A minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience.
  • Self-driven with a strong desire to achieve results.

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
