About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Toast. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with restaurant owners and operators in your assigned territory. Your primary goal will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while also ensuring that existing customers are satisfied with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve or exceed sales targets in your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and operators, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on the benefits of our products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
