Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned performance marketing professional to lead our paid social strategy and drive business growth through data-driven marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid digital advertising, with a focus on Meta and other creative-led channels. They will be responsible for developing and implementing new digital strategies, managing paid social campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Social Strategy: Develop and implement new digital strategies to drive business growth through paid social channels.
- Paid Social Management: Manage all paid social campaigns across creative-led channels such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Creative Briefing, Testing, and Reporting: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and test new creative assets, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
- Data and Automation: Work with our data resource to improve data utilization for attribution and contribute to the automation of campaign management and reporting.
- Reporting: Run regular detailed reports on paid marketing performance, with deep dives into creatives, platforms, and incrementality.
- Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with our community manager and agency to develop and execute paid influencer campaigns.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge in paid digital advertising with a focus on Meta and hands-on experience as a sophisticated media buyer.
- Creative first mindset with the ability to provide strategic direction, write briefs, and have a passion for finding winning ads.
- Strong analytical and data skills with a test and learn approach and knowledge of different attribution methodologies.
- Driven individual with the ability to solve complex problems autonomously in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Strong opinions, loosely held, with a willingness to continuously improve and adapt to new technologies and strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- SQL and coding experience.
- Experience using AI to automate tasks at scale.
- Google Ads (PPC) and other paid channels.
- Previous experience in a DTC e-commerce brand.
- Multiple market and localization experience.
