Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Resolution Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigation and Resolution: Conduct thorough investigations into customer complaints, gathering all relevant information and evidence to ensure a fair and appropriate outcome.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Effectively communicate with customers to understand their concerns and negotiate resolutions that meet their needs.
  • Case Management: Manage and prioritize cases to ensure timely resolution and minimize customer dissatisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a complaint handling or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as relevant legislation and regulations.
