About the Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Home Group, a leading provider of housing and support services. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers with their daily living tasks and work with them to develop and implement support plans.
  • Work in a variety of settings, including accommodation-based services and community-based settings.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to customers, helping them to build confidence and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other agencies to ensure customers receive a comprehensive range of services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and support.
