Spinwell Global Limited is seeking a Human Resources Consultant for a significant opportunity within the public sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT

  • This role typically involves professional qualifications, specialization, or project management, providing guidance and support to clients, while also leading and overseeing larger teams. The consultant will strategize and ensure progress within established policies and procedures, adapting effectively to shifting priorities and diverse situations.
  • The consultant will possess a considerable degree of autonomy, collaborating closely with clients, staff, partners, third-party agencies, and/or contractors, with a primary focus on ensuring that services meet agreed-upon standards in a cost-effective manner while enhancing quality benchmarks.
  • Planning may extend months into the future, and the role will contribute to long-term strategic development. The work will necessitate consideration of future implications beyond immediate challenges.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT

  • Degree-level education or substantial vocational experience demonstrating progression through increasingly demanding roles.
  • Professional certification or demonstrable knowledge and understanding of relevant business disciplines.
  • Extensive familiarity with computerized business systems regarding functionality and capabilities (for certain roles).
  • Understanding of principles, practices, policies, and procedures related to business planning, financial management, and organizational oversight.
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills, along with strong negotiation and influencing abilities, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capacity to comprehend, meet, and surpass client expectations.
  • Ability to work independently, employing solution-oriented problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in managing a variety of projects through to successful completion.
  • Previous practical or professional experience in a specialized area or supporting service teams and/or assisting the public.
  • Prior management experience, including staff supervision, development, and organizational capabilities (as applicable).
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • Highly credible, capable of collaborating effectively with senior leadership across the organization.
  • Equipped with a proactive attitude towards innovative problem-solving with a solution-focused approach.

  • Ability to provide effective coaching and mentoring to colleagues.
  • Willingness to undertake reasonable travel as required.
