Job Title: Recruitment Consultant - Life Science Industries

We are seeking a talented Recruitment Consultant to join our team, specializing in the life science industries. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and identifying top talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building a desk of new clients and opening avenues in multiple market sectors
  • Working on business development and resourcing projects, identifying and engaging with key aligned talent in global markets
  • Account management, business retention, and growth
  • Recruiting for the Biotech/Biopharma/Start-Up or Devices and Manufacturing sectors within Pharmaceuticals
Requirements:
  • Proven abilities and credentials in Business Development / Sales or the right business acumen and credentials to work in Life Sciences recruitment
  • Account management capabilities, business retention, and growth
  • Prior experience recruiting for the Biotech/Biopharma/Start-Up or Devices and Manufacturing sectors within Pharmaceuticals - Advantageous but not a necessity
  • Positions also open to proven sales professionals with no prior direct recruitment experience
Preferred Skills:
  • Relative Microsoft office abilities - WORD/Excel/PowerPoint/TEAMS
  • Familiarity with candidate/client database management systems - Advantageous
  • Use of online resourcing/marketing and business sourcing platforms
Language Skills:

We are interested in candidates who hold full proficiency in either German, French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
