About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Route Sales Representative to join our team in Plymouth. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our retail partners, and driving sales growth across your territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow our business in your territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our retail partners, ensuring they have the products and support they need to succeed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collect and unload stock from cash & carry at the beginning and end of the day, ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Lead daily stock and cash processes for ordering, picking, and delivering stock, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, making recommendations to improve sales performance.
Requirements
- Full, manual UK driving license, as you'll be driving a t vehicle.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our retail partners.
- Basic IT skills, with the ability to use our sales systems and tools.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a hunger to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £24,300, with the opportunity to earn up to £13,668 in performance-based bonuses.
