Job Title: Personnel Recruitment Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personnel Recruitment Officer to join our Human Resources Department at Stena Drilling Limited.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing and selecting personnel to appointing them to meet our recruitment requirements across our fleet of vessels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, selecting, and appointing personnel
  • Coordinate rotation and replacement of personnel and map future recruitment needs
  • Review internal retention reports to ensure all internal options are identified and exhausted before commencing external recruitment
  • Develop departmental succession planning for existing and future requirements
  • Ensure all personnel suitable for hire have the appropriate and compliant information in the recruitment pack
  • Offer and relay promotion details to internal promotions and new hires
  • Create contracts of employment and promotion letters for existing and new personnel
  • Update and record correspondence with applicants on the Recruitment database
  • Proactively source, attract, and screen candidates for current and future requirements
  • Collate required information and update appropriate Recruitment Trackers
  • Assist with the generation of monthly Recruitment Reports
  • Review and approve all vacancy advertisements created by the Recruitment Assistant
  • Provide guidance to the Recruitment Assistant in arranging interviews
Requirements:
  • Experience working within a fast-paced recruitment environment
  • Experience of recruiting for offshore drilling disciplines (although not essential)
