Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-functional team of HR, Inclusion, Student Support, Marketing and Admissions
- Develop and implement strategic plans for human resources, organisational development, and business planning
- Provide leadership and guidance on new initiatives and cross-organisational change
- Embed an organisational culture that prioritises people and values fairness and equality
Requirements
- Strong track record in senior leadership and people management within a large, complex organisation
- Strategic experience of human resources, organisational development, and business planning
- Ability to inspire people and instil innovation
- Commitment to prioritise, value, and embed an organisational culture that has people at its heart
