About the Role

Coleg Cambria is seeking an exceptional professional to join our senior leadership team as Deputy Chief Executive - People Experiences & Culture. This is a unique opportunity to lead a multi-functional team of HR, Inclusion, Student Support, Marketing, and Admissions, driving strategic initiatives and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee the management of employee relations, including recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive organisational change and improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, students, and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including equality and diversity, health and safety, and data protection.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong track record in senior leadership and people management. You should have:

  • Strategic experience of human resources, preferably CIPD qualified.
  • Organisational development and business planning expertise.
  • Ability to lead on new initiatives and manage cross-organisational change.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Commitment to prioritising, valuing, and embedding an organisational culture that has people at its heart.
