About the Role

Coleg Cambria is seeking an exceptional professional to join our senior leadership team as Deputy Chief Executive - People Experiences & Culture. This is a key role that will lead a multi-functional team of HR, Inclusion, Student Support, Marketing and Admissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic HR and organisational development initiatives to support the college's vision and goals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR and OD matters to the senior leadership team and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and develop a team of HR and OD professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
  • Ensure the college's values and behaviours are embedded throughout the organisation.

Requirements

  • Senior leadership experience in a large, complex organisation.
  • Strategic experience of human resources and organisational development.
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to prioritising, valuing and embedding an organisational culture that has people at its heart.
