We are seeking an experienced Academic Office Manager to join our award-winning team in Altrincham. As an Academic Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Managing the office environment, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring the office is equipped with necessary supplies.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and managing the team's schedules.
  • Assisting with special projects and events as needed.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
