Job Summary:

As a Sales Partner at the John Lewis Partnership, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and acting as an ambassador for our company. You will be responsible for seeking out opportunities to achieve the right outcomes for our customers and ensuring our success for the future.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to customers on our products, from washing machines to womenswear, and equip them with the skills and knowledge to advise customers with confidence.
  • Proactively engage with customers on the shop floor to help them find and fall in love with our products.
  • Work with colleagues and managers to turn customer conversations into sales.
  • Deliver service with a smile at the till and assist customers with their online orders.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of selling, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the success of the business.
