About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team at The Juice Plus+ Company EMEA. As a key member of our Compliance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our business operations and maintaining a strong compliance culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Program Management: Develop, implement, and maintain effective compliance programs to prevent, detect, and respond to compliance risks.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our business operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Internal Controls: Design and implement internal controls to prevent and detect financial and operational irregularities.
  • Training and Awareness: Provide compliance training and awareness programs to employees to ensure they understand their compliance responsibilities.
  • Investigations and Disciplinary Actions: Conduct investigations into compliance breaches and recommend disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the Business Development Team, Partner Support Team, and Regional Directors, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English, Polish, and German
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office365 software
  • Strong project and time management, administration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with a sense of responsibility, while also being a team player and using initiative as required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and empathetic ability to communicate effectively and appropriately across different stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure, negotiate, and resolve conflict
  • Good attention to detail and awareness of quality
  • Flexible and adaptable with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Proactive and creative towards problem-solving
  • Genuine interest in healthy living, nutrition, and lifestyle
