Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment is seeking a dynamic sales leader to join our client's team as a Regional Sales Manager with a leading telecom, utilities and technology solutions provider with a £1BN+ turnover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and achieve as a Regional Sales Manager, guiding a talented team of 6-8 Sales Account Managers to new heights through comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and dedicated mentorship.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, develop and execute effective sales strategies, and ensure the region consistently surpasses all performance objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to drive sales growth and improve team performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, feedback, and guidance to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of sales success, ideally in field sales, door-to-door sales, or face-to-face sales, with a minimum of 3 years of sales management experience.
  • Exceptional coaching and leadership skills, with a natural ability to inspire and motivate your team.
  • Experience in a formal sales process and a proven ability to manage teams effectively using KPIs and data-driven insights.
  • As the company is FCA regulated, you must also be confident of passing background checks, which include adverse credit history, disqualified directors, and DBS Checks.
