Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Job Summary:

TECHOHANA is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Salesforce platform to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management: Manage the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, and validations.
  • Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other business intelligence tools to support various business units.
  • User Support: Provide training and support to Salesforce users to enhance their experience and optimize the use of Salesforce features.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Adoption and Training: Monitor user adoption rates and respond as needed (e.g., additional training sessions, communication, and modifications).
  • Platform Updates: Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, enhancements, and best practices.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.

Requirements:

  • Certification: Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce administration, with a strong understanding of the platform, data models, and best practices.
  • Qualifications: Experience with data management, data validation, and user support within Salesforce.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with stakeholders at all levels.
