Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clients
- Manage the Front of House area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
- Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to emails
- Coordinate meetings and events, including catering and meeting room setup
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors
- Handle courier and postal services, including booking taxis
- Assist the Operations Manager with administrative tasks and support the CEO's Executive Assistant
- Manage the social event calendar and coordinate logistics
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Front of House or corporate hospitality role, preferably in the luxury market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Working Hours:
The role is office-based, working in a central location in Victoria, with regular working hours of 9am-6pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9am-5pm on Fridays.
